To ensure that surface materials meet the criteria to be classified in one of the five classes of sports floors (Class I-Class V), the ASTM F2772 test standard measures four characteristics of performance, including Force Reduction, Ball Rebound, Surface Finish Effect, and Vertical Deformation.
